Nap while you work (NWYW)


A nice napping pod for Googlers.


Nap while you work (NWYW), read [yawn].

Even Googlers are highly recommended to do this at work. Don't believe me? The above image is the proof. This is the photo inside the Google office in Taiwan.

Furthermore, I recently attended a seminar called 'Secrets of Highly Successful Research Students' lead by an infamous motivator in Australia, Maria Gardiner. She said this short nap during the noon is helpful to refresh the body.

But the nap should be 30-60 minutes long. More than 90 minutes nap will effect your body in opposite.
