This is a rocket science!

Rosetta space explorer was launched in year 2004 to run after a comet. It took 10 long years to get there and the smaller robot Philae will be deployed in November. This robot will extend the human senses to touch the comet (Comet 67P/Churymov-Gerasimenko) surface.

It is amazing that our sense is stretched many million of kilometers and yet can be controlled remotely from a control station on earth.
